B: Rose Seidler House was a house designed by Harry Seidler in 1948. Harry moved to Australia for the commission by his parents, and upon the huge publicity that the house received he decided to stay in Australia, becoming a key figure in Australian architecture in the following years. The house itself was the first full realisation of the Bauhaus movement in Australia, it upturned the conventions of home design and drew a lot of attention.
C: This photo was taken on a camping trip after staying up all night in the rain to watch the sunrise over my favourite beach. It stopped raining just as the sun came up over the water. Having the time while on holidays to sit and watch the sunrise over the water was a beautiful moment and this photo accurately captures that. |
